We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. The staff at Hotel Agava were prompt in replying to our queries and provided helpful answers. Jago, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay even better. The pool at the hotel was just the right size for a refreshing dip in the warm weather. Our triple room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view. The breakfast, provided through vouchers for a nearby restaurant, was amazing and offered great value for money. We were sad to leave and will definitely be returning soon.
The only drawback we experienced was that the rooms felt a bit crammed. Additionally, the lobby was small and passing through felt like we were intruding on the staff's office.
